Our mission - "Life sciences made easy". We want to improve the quality and data output of cell culture experiments, to work towards a healthier and smarter world. Our technologies streamline the processes through which data-based insights are gained and knowledge is created.
We are a passionate team of innovators, scientists and entrepreneurs, with diverse skillsets from biology and physics to data science, software engineering, and management.
We are the PHIOneers.
Our heritage: The Cellwatcher concept originated from advances in lensless microscopy, perfected into an ultra-compact format over ten years of R&D in Dr. Philipp Paulitschke’s research group at the Ludwig-Maximilians University of Munich. In 2020, we founded PHIO scientific GmbH in Munich, one of the biggest and fastest-growing biotech hubs in Europe.
